MHO hosts Minister Sudds for special announcement
The team at Matthew House Ottawa had the honour of hosting Minister Sudds, Minister of Children, Families, and Social Development of Canada, for a very special funding announcement. The federal government announced their investment in over 400 projects as a part of the Investment Readiness Program.
Here at Matthew House Ottawa, this funding is allowing us to implement our Furniture Bank Growth Plan in partnership with the Centre for Social Enterprise Development. The need for our services are continuously increasing, and this project will allow us to effectively expand the program to meet this demand.
