Warm Welcome fundraiser with Dominion City Brewing Co.

Local businesses partner with charity in support of newly arrived refugee claimants.

On Tuesday, November 21st Dominion City Brewing Co. will be hosting a fundraiser in support of Matthew House Ottawa. The evening will include a special four-course seated beer pairing dinner featuring South Indian dishes from Coconut Lagoon and Thali founder Chef Joe Thottungal.

The fundraising dinner will raise money to support Matthew House Ottawa’s expansions of their Refugee Services program, helping to welcome more newly arrived refugee claimants. This work directly reduces homelessness in Ottawa, and is especially necessary with the winter months approaching and emergency shelters continuing to be overfilled.
